Introduction

Welcome to Montrack! This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you use our mobile application with multi-currency support and optional cryptocurrency portfolio tracking.

What Data is Stored Locally

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

• Financial Transactions: date, amount, currency, category, wallet, comments, type (income/expense/transfer)
• Wallets: name, initial balance, currency (UAH, EUR, USD, GBP), icon, color
• Categories: name, icon, color, type (income/expense)
• Crypto Assets (optional): cryptocurrency name, quantity, purchase price
• Crypto Transactions (optional): date, amount, crypto type, transaction type (buy/sell)
• Settings: selected language, theme, default currency
• Exchange Rates (cached): Fiat and cryptocurrency exchange rates (downloaded from our backend API and cached locally)

All this data is stored in your device's local SQLite database and is accessible only to you.

Data Transfer

Montrack DOES NOT transfer your personal or financial data to third parties.

The app only downloads current exchange rates for currency conversion:

• Fiat currencies: UAH, EUR, USD, GBP
• Cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, XRP, DOGE, ADA

Exchange rates are cached locally on your device, so the app can work offline after initial download.

All your financial data (wallets, transactions, balances, crypto assets) remains on your device and is never transmitted.

Analytics and Tracking

Montrack DOES NOT use analytics or user tracking.

We do not collect any information about app usage, user behavior, or personal information.

App Permissions

Montrack requests minimal permissions to function:

• Local Storage: To save your financial data on the device in SQLite database
• Internet Connection (optional): To download current exchange rates for multi-currency conversion and crypto portfolio valuation

The app DOES NOT request access to:

• Camera
• Microphone
• Contacts
• Location
• Photos
• Calendar
• Other sensitive data

Note: Internet connection is optional. If unavailable, the app uses cached exchange rates.

Data Security

Although we don't collect your data, we take its protection on your device seriously. Data is stored in iOS's secure local storage.

Security Recommendations:

• Use a PIN code or Face ID/Touch ID on your device
• Regularly create backups via iCloud or iTunes
• Do not give your device to other people

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time:

• Through the app: Settings → Reset All Data
• Completely: Delete the app from your device

When you delete the app, all local data will be permanently removed from your device.

Children

Montrack is not specifically designed for children and does not collect information from users of any age. The app has an age rating of 4+ in the App Store.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes through:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• Description of updates in the App Store
